I-PAss Checklist A Powerful Tool For Pt Handoffs

Denver—Pharmacists and other providers who use a structured method known as I-PAss for handing off patients to different providers can help avoid errors that could compromise patient safety, according to a presentation at the 2018 ASHP Summer Meetings.
