The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), a division of the CDC, released an updated version of its List of Hazardous Drugs in Healthcare Settings, 2024. But safe handling experts warned that the updated list still is nearly a decade out of date when it comes to FDA-approved cytotoxic agents.
