NATIONAL HARBOR, Md.—Managed care pharmacists have many career paths today, beyond the traditional roles of managing a pharmacy network or performing drug utilization reviews, according to speakers at today’s Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) Nexus 2022 meeting. Patient contact or coding updates to formulary design are just some of the possibilities, speakers said.
