New York—Over the past decade, the Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) program at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, in Ohio, has significantly reduced treatment costs per patient for adolescents with opioid use disorder (OUD), according to a new study presented at the 2019 American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) annual meeting (poster PM-113).
