Syphilis Risk in Women With HIV: Race, IV Drug Use and HCV

SEATTLE—According to a new study, being black, IV drug use and hepatitis C virus (HCV) each increased the risk for syphilis in women with HIV by twofold, and these women should be tested regularly for the disease. The results were presented at CROI 2019
